Grilled Turkey Sandwich with Asian Slaw
Recipe Yield: Serves 4

A big & bold flavored sandwich on thick sourdough slices layered with thinly sliced Foster Farms turkey breast, crisp pepper bacon, Asian slaw and dressed with a Plum Cream Cheese Spread. Serve with vegetarian pot stickers for added Asian flair!
Ingredients:
 
12  Oz.  Foster Farms Turkey Breast, thin shaved
8  Slices  Sourdough bread, thickly sliced
8  Slices  Crispy pepper bacon, cooked
4  Large  Pearl tomatoes, sliced
8  Each  (Optional) Vegetarian Pot Stickers
1  Cup  * Asian Slaw Mix
1  Cup  Stir-fry vegetable mix, prepared and finely chopped
1  Tbsp.  Rice wine vinegar
2  Tbsp.  Sesame oil
1  Tbsp.  Black sesame seeds, toasted
4  Tbsp.  * Plum Cream Cheese Spread
2  Cups  Cream cheese, whipped
1  Cup  Asian plum sauce, prepared
4  Tbsp.  Fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions:
  • To each slice of bread, spread one tablespoon of Plum Cream Cheese Spread on either side.
  • Next add 3 oz. turkey breast to the bottom halves.
  • Top with 2 slices of bacon, 3 slices of tomato and ¼ cup Asian Slaw Mix.
  • Place remaining piece of bread on top and slice sandwich in half at a diagonal.
  • Serve with 2 vegetarian pot stickers if desired.
  • * Asian Slaw Mix
  • In a bowl, mix ingredients together well. Cover, label and date, and hold under refrigeration until needed.
