Cream Cheese Swirl Brownies
Recipe Yield: One 18 x 26-inch sheet pan

Wonderful marble-like brownie using Cream Cheese
3  cups  Cream cheese, softened (1 lb. 8 oz.)
1  cup  Sugar, granulated (8 oz.)
4  large  Whole eggs
1  Tbsp.  Vanilla
1  box (6 lb.)  Pillsbury Deluxe Brownie Mix
  • Place cream cheese and sugar in mixer bowl; mix in low speed using a paddle for 2 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix in low speed for 1 minute; scrape bowl and paddle. Continue mixing in medium speed for 2 minutes or until well combined; set aside.
  • Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Spread half the batter (about 3 lb. 10 oz.) evenly in 18 x 26-inch sheet pan which has been greased on bottom only.
  • Pour cream cheese mixture over brownie batter, spreading to cover. Spoon remaining brownie batter over cream cheese mixture. Using a knife, cut through batter to marble.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F. in a conventional oven (300 degrees F. in a convection oven) 25 to 35 minutes. Cool completely before cutting. Store refrigerated.
