California Turkey Bruschetta
Recipe Yield: 16 Slices
Diced Foster Farms Turkey Breast, fresh chopped basil, diced Roma tomatoes blended with Balsamic Basil Cream Cheese Spread and placed on toasted baguette slices.

Bruschetta Mixture |
2/3 Cup |
Foster Farms Turkey Breast, diced ½” |
2/3 Cup |
Roma tomatoes, diced ½” |
1/4 Cup |
Fresh basil, chopped, loose pack |
1/4 Cup |
Fresh basil, chopped, loose pack |
1 Tbsp. |
Extra virgin olive oil |
1 tsp. |
Fresh garlic, minced |

Balsamic Basil Cream Cheese |
2/3 Cup |
Cream cheese, whipped |
3 Tbsp. |
Fresh basil, chopped, loose pack |
1 Tbsp. |
Balsamic Vinegar |

Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix olive oil and garlic powder together.
- Brush olive oil mixture on baguette slices.
- Toast in preheated 375°F oven for 6 minutes.
- For Bruschetta Mixture:
In a bowl, mix all ingredients together well.
- Cover, label, date and store under refrigeration until needed. Yield: 1 1/3 cup
- For Balsamic Basil Cream Cheese:
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together well.
- Cover, label, date and store under refrigeration until needed. Yield: 16 tsp.
- Procedure:
Spread 1 tsp. Balsamic Cream Cheese on each toasted baguette slice.
