Turkey and Cranberry Bruschetta
Recipe Yield: 4 Servings

Cranberry cream cheese spread atop fresh baguette bread, topped with shaved turkey and Gruyere cheese. Baked in the oven for a melted sweet and savory treat.
4  Oz.  Foster Farms Turkey Breast, thin shaved
6  Tbsp.  Cream cheese
2  Tbsp.  Bottled cranberry sauce
4  Thick Slices  Baguette bread
1/2  up  Gruyère cheese, shaved
 To Taste  Fresh ground pepper
  • Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Combine cream cheese with cranberry sauce.
  • Divide cranberry mixture evenly between the four slices of baguette.
  • Place 1 oz. shaved turkey on each bruschetta slice and top with cheese.
  • Bake for 5 min. or until cheese melts.
  • Sprinkle pepper over the melted cheese and serve.
