Winter White Chili
Recipe Yield: Serves 6

This one’s a must this winter. Our fresh lean ground pork browns up beautifully with onion and takes on the spicy heat of chili powder and cumin. White beans and corn make a filling addition. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and crusty bread.
1  lb.  Smithfield Lean Generation ground pork
1  medium  Onion, diced
1  tsp.  Ground cumin
2  tsp.  Chili powder
1  16-ounce can  White beans, drained
1  14-ounce can  Corn, drained
1  14.5 ounce can   Chicken broth
1  4-ounce can  Diced green chilies
  • In large saucepan brown pork with onion stir in cumin and chili powder; stir well.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients; bring to a boil cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until heated through and flavors are blended.
