Crispy Sesame Chicken Salad
Recipe Yield: 10 Portions

Grilled teriyaki chicken plated with Napa cabbage, carrots, red bell peppers and green onions, drizzled with Sesame Asian dressing and topped with fried noodles and chopped peanuts.
Ingredients:
 
20  oz.  Hidden Valley Sesame Oriental Dressing
20  oz.  Prepared Grilled Teriyaki Chicken Breast, cut into strips
20  oz.  Napa cabbage, thinly sliced
8  oz.  Carrots, Julienne
6  oz.  Red Bell Pepper, julienne
5  oz.  Green Onions
5  oz.  Crispy Fried Noodles
3  oz.  Peanuts, toasted, rough chopped
 
Instructions:
  • Prepare chicken according to preference; keep warm until ready for service
  • Place Napa cabbage on top of plate. Arrange carrots, red peppers, green onions, chicken on top of cabbage.
  • Drizzle with Sesame Asian Dressing
  • Garnish with crispy fried noodles and toasted chopped peanuts
