Recipe Yield: 

4  each  Chicken Breast, 6-7 oz. cleaned and trimmed
3  oz.  Eggs, white
6  oz.  Sesame Seeds, toasted
2  oz.  Vegetable Oil
2  heads  Butter Lettuce, cleaned, trimmed and halved
2  oz.  Green Onion, thinly sliced
4  oz.  Red Peppers, julienned
6  oz.  Hidden Valley Sesame Oriental Dressing
1  oz.  Garlic, chopped and toasted
  • Brush chicken breasts with egg whites
  • Press chicken on both sides into sesame seeds.
  • Sauté chicken on both sides until chicken is golden brown.
  • Place chicken into a 325°F oven until done.
  • Serve by placing a halve of the butter lettuce on a plate
  • Top lettuce with four slices of chicken
  • Garnish with the julienned red peppers and sliced green onion.
  • Dress salad with Oriental Dressing and serve.
