Santa Fe Salsa BBQ Ranch Chicken Salad
Recipe Yield: 10 Portions

A Southwestern favorite of Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing and BBQ Sauce drizzled over green leaf lettuce, topped with black beans, sweet yellow corn, seasoned chicken breast, pepper jack cheese and globe tomatoes.
15  oz.  Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing
5  oz.  Tailhand BBQ Sauce
20  oz.  Prepared Grilled Seasoned Chicken Breast, cubed
20  oz.  Green Leaf Lettuce, chopped
3  cups  Black Beans, drained
3  cups  Sweet Yellow Corn
3  cups  Globe tomatoes, medium diced
3  cups  Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded
  • Prepare chicken as preferred; keep warm until ready for service.
  • Place chopped lettuce on plate. Arrange black beans, sweet yellow corn, tomatoes, and top with grilled chicken strips.
  • Drizzle with 1.5 oz. Ranch and .5 oz BBQ sauce.
  • Garnish with shredded Pepper Jack cheese
