Grilled Turkey and Pear Salad
Recipe Yield: 4 Servings

Mixed greens, watercress, toasted pecans, crumbled Blue cheese, warm slices of grilled pear are mounded on a plate. Top greens with thin slices of turkey. Dress with Cranberry infused Vinagarette. Garnish with cracked black pepper & toasted pecans
8  Oz.  Foster Farms Turkey Breast, thin sliced
1  Whole  Bartlett pear, sliced
4 1/2  Cups  Gourmet salad mix (baby greens)
1/2  Cup  Watercress
2/3  Cup  Toasted pecan pieces
1/3  Cup  Crumbled bleu cheese
1  Cup  *Cranberry Vinaigrette Dressing
 Adjust to Taste  Fresh ground pepper
4  - 6  Fresh Cranberries, garnish
   *Cranberry Vinaigrette Dressing
1/2  Cup  4 Oz. Bottle Balsamic Dressing
1/2  Cup  4 Oz. Prepared Cranberry Sauce
  • Pre-heat grill to medium heat.
  • Place turkey slices and pear slices on grill and heat until dark grill marks appear (about 2 min. each side).
  • Combine gourmet salad mix and watercress in a large bowl. Top greens with toasted pecans and crumbled bleu cheese.
  • Arrange grilled turkey and pear slices around edge of salad alternating the pear and turkey order.
  • Drizzle salad with the Cranberry Vinaigrette Dressing and pepper. Garnish with fresh cranberries.
  • *Cranberry Vinaigrette Dressing
  • In a small bowl, whisk the prepared cranberry sauce into the balsamic dressing.
