BBQ Smoked Chicken Tortilla Salad
Recipe Yield: 10 Servings

Smoked Chicken tossed in a Trailhand BBQ Sauce, Hidden Valley Original Ranch dressing and served on a nest of mixed lettuce greens, and topped with tomatoes, carrots and shredded cheddar cheese.
40  oz.  Smoked Chicken
10  oz.  Cheddar Cheese, shredded
7 1/2  oz.  Carrots, julienned
7 1/2  oz.  Tomatoes
2 1/2  oz.  Green Onions, sliced 1/4 inch
5  oz.  Baby Arugula
5  oz.  Romaine Lettuce, 3/4 inch diced
10  oz.  Fried Tortilla Strips
40  oz.  Trailhand Barbeque Sauce
40  oz.  Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing
  • Prepare item per recipe
  • Take 4 oz. of Trailhand Barbeque Sauce and 4 oz. of Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing to make a BBQ Ranch Dressing.
  • Toss smoked chicken in 3 oz. of BBQ Ranch Dressing
  • Mix all lettuces together
  • Place lettuce mixture on a large bowl or large plate.
  • Placed dressed chicken in the middle of the lettuce mixture
  • Arrange all the vegetables and cheese around the lettuce mixture
  • Place tortilla strips over chicken and serve a side of the BBQ Ranch Dressing
