Hot Chipotle Jack Sandwich
Recipe Yield: 20 Servings

Sliced turkey breast sandwich is topped with a appetizing Chipotle Original Ranch Dressing amd combined with tomato slice and green leaf lettuce.
1  qt  Chipotle Ranch Dressing (see below for recipe)
6 1/4  lbs  Turkey Breast, deli style, 5 oz. wt portions
40  pieces  Monterey Jack cheese, sliced 1/2 oz. each
40  pieces  Tomato, 1/4 inch slice
20  pieces  Green leaf lettuce - whole leaves
20  pieces  French baguette, cut into 6 inch sections and split lengthwise
10  fl oz.  PHASE or Savory Liquid Butter Alternative
   Chipotle Ranch Dressing:
104  fl oz.  Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
24  fl oz.  Chipotle peppers en adobo, pureed
  • For one order ladle 1/2 fl oz of Phase onto a preheated griddle or into a medium sized non-stick pan.
  • Grill to heat and lightly brown 5 oz wt of sliced turkey in the hot Phase then top with 2 slices of Monterey Jack Cheese. Cover to melt.
  • While cheese is melting, spread 2 fl oz of chipotle ranch on the insides of the split baguette
  • Transfer the turkey with melted cheese to the bottom half of the baguette then top with 2 pieces each of tomato and 1 piece of lettuce
  • Close the baguette, secure with frilled toothpicks, cut in half and serve with vegetable pasta salad, fries or another appropriate side item.
  • In a large mixing container, thoroughly combine both ingredients
  • Transfer to an appropriate storage container, cover, label, date and refrigerate until needed.
