Velvet Chicken in a Peanut Quesadilla
Recipe Yield: Individual Serving

Diced chicken, chopped peanuts and seasoned cream cheese between Thin Crust Proof Perfect Proofed Dough
2  8-inch  Thin Crust Proofed Dough
2  oz.  Grilled, diced chicken
1 1/2  oz.  Chopped peanuts
3  oz.  Seasoned cream cheese
2  oz.  Guacomole
  • Grill both 8-inch Thin Crust Proofed Dough, 30 seconds each side.
  • Add ingredients, chicken, peanuts and cheese on top of one of the crusts.
  • Add second crust.
  • Bake in oven until golden brown.
  • Serve with guacamole.
