Curry Mint Yogurt
Recipe Yield: 3 Cups

2  Cups  Yogurt, plain
4  Tbsp.  Curry Powder
4  Tbsp.  Fresh Mint, chopped
1/2  Cup  Raisins, plumped, chopped
1/2  Cup  Honey
  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together well.
  • Cover, label, date and store under refrigeration until needed.
