Chipotle BBQ Turkey Sandwich
Recipe Yield: 4 Servings

Chipotle flavored Smokey & Spicy BBQ Sauce is generously spread over a toasted sesame seed bun layered with Turkey Breast, tomato, red onion and crisp romaine lettuce. Served with chili-powdered potato chips to kick the spice up a notch.
12  Oz.  Foster Farms Turkey Breast, sliced
4  Each  Sesame seed buns
3  Large  Tomato, sliced
1  Large  Red onion, sliced
1  Cup  Romaine lettuce, chopped
 As Needed  Cilantro, fine chopped
   *Smokey and Spicy BBQ Sauce
3  Cups  BBQ sauce, prepared
1  Tbsp.  Chipotle chili powder, prepared
 As Needed  Fresh cilantro, fine chopped
  • Pre-heat oven to 350°F
  • Slice sesame seed buns in half and toast in oven for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Spread ½ tablespoons Smokey and Spicy BBQ Sauce on each side of the bun.
  • On the bottom half of each bun add 3 oz. Foster Farms Turkey Breast, 3 tomato slices, 3 red onion slices and ¼ cup chopped lettuce.
  • Sprinkle with fresh cilantro if desired.
  • Top with remaining bun, secure with toothpick and serve with warmed potato chips sprinkled with chili powder.
  • * Smokey and Spicy BBQ Sauce
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and hold under refrigeration until ready to use.
