Turkey and Berry Salad
Recipe Yield: 4 Servings

Fresh raspberries and blueberries with diced fresh roasted Foster Farms turkey breast and candied walnuts over baby spinach and dressed with pomegranate vinaigrette.
Ingredients:
 
8  Oz.  Foster Farms Turkey Breasr, diced
8  Cups  Baby spinach leaves
1  Cup  Fresh blueberries
1  Cup  Fresh raspberries
1  Cup  Candied walnuts, prepared
1  Cup  * Pomegranate Vinaigrette
Instructions:
  • Place 2 cups spinach leaves on each of four small square plates.
  • Add 2 oz. turkey, ¼ cup blueberries, ¼ cup raspberries and ¼ cup walnuts to each plate.
  • Drizzle ¼ cup dressing over top and serve.
