Fresh olive bread topped with Feta Tzatziki, sliced roma tomatoes, romaine leaf and roasted slices of Foster Farms Turkey breast, straight out from the oven.
Ingredients:
6 Oz.
Foster Farms Natural Turkey Breast Roast
1 Cup
Plain yogurt
1 Cup
Cucumber, finely sliced
1/2 Cup
Feta cheese crumbles
1/4 Cup
Mint chiffonade
1/4 Cup
Cumin
1 Tsp.
Kosher salt
1 Tbsp.
Lime juice
1 Each
Loaf olive bread
4 Each
Roma tomato
4 Each
Romaine leaves
Instructions:
Preheat Oven and roast Turkey according to package instructions.
For the Feta Tzatziki, finely slice cucumber, chiffonade mint and place in a bowl.
Add yogurt, feta, cumin, kosher salt and lime juice and mix well.
Slice olive loaf in half and roma tomatoes into round slices.
Slice turkey and shingle on the bottom of the loaf.
Place about 4 slices per sandwich. Top the Turkey with romaine leaf and slices of roma tomato.
Spread the Tzatziki generously on the top half of the bread and place both halves together to serve.
