Warm Turkey with Wasabi Slaw
Recipe Yield: 4 Servings

Foster Farms Turkey dusted with Asian spices, pan seared, topped with a mix of red and green shredded cabbage, mixed with a wasabi mayonnaise. Entrée is garnished with grilled green onions, black and white sesame seeds, and a drizzle of sesame oil.
10  Oz.  Foster Farms Turkey Breast, thick sliced
2  Tbsp.  Sesame oil
1  Tbsp/  Chinese Five-Spice
4  Thick slices  Baguette bread**
2  Cups  *Wasabi Slaw
1/4  Cup  Green onion, grilled and sliced
1  Tbsp.  Black and white sesame seeds, toasted
   *Wasabi Slaw
2  Cups  Red and green cabbage, shredded
1/4  Cup  Bottled Wasabi finishing sauce
  • Heat 2 Tbsp. sesame oil in a sauté pan over medium heat.
  • Place turkey slices in pan and dust with Chinese Five-Spice. Sear for 1-2 min. on each side.
  • Slice baguette into four pieces.
  • Pace seared turkey onto baguette slices.
  • Top each sandwich with ¼ cup Wasabi Slaw. ** Can also be served over 2 cups cooked Jasmine rice
  • Arrange sandwiches on plates. Sprinkle each sandwich with green onions and sesame seeds.
  • *Wasabi Slaw
  • Combine and keep under refrigeration until use. Yield: 2 cups
