Turkey Francaise
Recipe Yield: 4 Servings

Warm slices of Turkey breast sitting on toasted artesian bread are topped with sliced black forest ham, grilled tomato slices, fresh sage leaves and sliced gruyere cheese. For a final touch, drizzle with a Honey Mustard Infused Cream Sauce and serve.
8  Oz.  Foster Farms Turkey Breast, thinly sliced
4  Large  Artesian bread, halved
8  Slices  Tomato, sliced and grilled
1/4  Cup  Fresh sage leaves
 Thinly Sliced  Foster Farms Turkey Ham
1/2  Cup  Gruyère cheese, shaved
1/2  Cup  *Honey Mustard Infused Cream Sauce
   Fresh ground pepper
   *Honey Mustard Infused Cream Sauce
1/3  Cup  Heavy cream
8  Tbsp.  Dijon mustard
2  Tbsp.  Cream cheese
1  Tbsp.  Olive oil
4  Tbsp.  Honey
  • Pre-heat oven to 400°F.
  • Place Artesian bread halves on a baking sheet. Top bread with tomato slices and sage leaves.
  • Add turkey and ham slices. Sprinkle the cheese shavings evenly over the sandwiches.
  • Bake until cheese melts and bread becomes crisp on the edges (lightly toasted).
  • Drizzle the Francaise with the Honey Mustard Infused Cream Sauce and pepper and serve.

  • Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and whisk over low heat until heated through. Yield: about 1 cup
