Greek Turkey Tzatziki Sandwich
Recipe Yield: Serves 4 Sandwiches

Fresh olive bread topped with Feta Tzatziki, sliced roma tomatoes, romaine leaf and roasted slices of Foster Farms Turkey breast, straight out from the oven.
6  Oz.  Foster Farms Natural Turkey Breast Roast
1  Cup  Plain yogurt
1  Cup  Cucumber, finely sliced
1/2  Cup  Feta cheese crumbles
1/4  Cup  Mint chiffonade
1/4  Cup  Cumin
1  Tsp.  Kosher salt
1  Tbsp.  Lime juice
1  Each  Loaf olive bread
4  Each  Roma tomato
4  Each  Romaine leaves
  • Preheat Oven and roast Turkey according to package instructions.
  • For the Feta Tzatziki, finely slice cucumber, chiffonade mint and place in a bowl.
  • Add yogurt, feta, cumin, kosher salt and lime juice and mix well.
  • Slice olive loaf in half and roma tomatoes into round slices.
  • Slice turkey and shingle on the bottom of the loaf.
  • Place about 4 slices per sandwich. Top the Turkey with romaine leaf and slices of roma tomato.
  • Spread the Tzatziki generously on the top half of the bread and place both halves together to serve.
