California Turkey Burger
Recipe Yield:
Foster Farms Turkey Burger with all of the West coast favorites: sprouts, avocado, green goddess dressing, topped with red onion, melted havarti, bibb lettuce and a sesame seed bun. Served with a side of mixed fruit.

Foster Farms Savory or Hickory Smoked Turkey Burgers |

Havarti cheese, sliced |
12 each |
Sesame seed buns, split |
12 each |
Bibb lettuce leaves |
6 each |
Avocados, sliced |
1 each |
Red onion, sliced thinly |
1 1/2 cups |
Sprouts |

Instructions:
- For the Turkey Burgers
Cook the turkey burgers from frozen, flipping twice for about 7 minutes, or until you reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Just before the burgers are finished cooking, top with the havarti cheese, and allow the cheese to melt.
- Open the buns and place the inside part of the bun on the grill, toast for one minute.
- Green Goddess Dressing:
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Sour cream 1/2 cup
Chives, minced 1/4 cup
Tarragon, chopped 1 Tbsp.
Freshly squeezed lemon juice 1/8 cup
Garlic clove, minced 2 each
Kosher Salt and Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients for the dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Reserve in refrigerator at least 1 hour prior to use.

- To Assemble
Place the lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, then the turkey burger, avocado, onions, and sprouts. Spread the dressing on the top part of the bun, and serve open faced.
- Serve with a side of mixed fruit.
