California Turkey Bruschetta
Recipe Yield: 16 Slices

Diced Foster Farms Turkey Breast, fresh chopped basil, diced Roma tomatoes blended with Balsamic Basil Cream Cheese Spread and placed on toasted baguette slices.
Ingredients:
 
   Toasted Baguette Slices:
1/4  Cup  Extra virgin olive oil
16  Slices  Baguette, sliced ¼”
1/2  tsp.  Garlic Powder
   Bruschetta Mixture
2/3  Cup  Foster Farms Turkey Breast, diced ½”
2/3  Cup  Roma tomatoes, diced ½”
1/4  Cup  Fresh basil, chopped, loose pack
1/4  Cup  Fresh basil, chopped, loose pack
1  Tbsp.  Extra virgin olive oil
1  tsp.  Fresh garlic, minced
   Balsamic Basil Cream Cheese
2/3  Cup  Cream cheese, whipped
3  Tbsp.  Fresh basil, chopped, loose pack
1  Tbsp.  Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix olive oil and garlic powder together.
  • Brush olive oil mixture on baguette slices.
  • Toast in preheated 375°F oven for 6 minutes.
  • For Bruschetta Mixture: In a bowl, mix all ingredients together well.
  • Cover, label, date and store under refrigeration until needed. Yield: 1 1/3 cup
  • For Balsamic Basil Cream Cheese: In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together well.
  • Cover, label, date and store under refrigeration until needed. Yield: 16 tsp.
  • Procedure: Spread 1 tsp. Balsamic Cream Cheese on each toasted baguette slice.
