Creamy Red Pepper Pesto
Recipe Yield: 3 Cups

1  Cup  Roasted red pepper, finely chopped
1 1/4  Cups  Pesto, prepared
1 1/4  Cups  Low-fat plain yogurt
4  Tbsp.  Garlic, crushed
  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together well.
  • Cover, label, date and store under refrigeration until needed.
