Turkey Udon Bowl
Recipe Yield: 4 Servings

Fill bowl with cooked udon noodles, warm julienne strips of turkey, steamed baby bok choy, bean sprouts, carrots and shredded Napa cabbage. Add soy sauce and sesame oil, and garnish with fresh chopped cilantro, green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
8  Oz.  Foster Farms Turkey Breast, julienne strips
4  Cups  Chicken stock
1 1/2  Cups  Bean sprouts
1  Cup  Julienne carrots
1  Head  Baby bok choy, quartered
2/3  Cup  Napa cabbage, thinly sliced
1 1/2  Cups  Udon noodles
2/15  Cup  Soy sauce
2  Tbsp.  Sesame oil
1  Tbsp.  Toasted sesame seed
  • Combine all ingredients, except sesame seeds, in a medium size saucepan and bring to simmer. Cook 5 min.
  • Portion soup into four large serving bowls and garnish with toasted sesame seeds to serve.
