Zesty Orange Szechuan Cashew Chicken
Recipe Yield: 5 lbs.

1  tbsp  Vegetable oil
2  lbs.  Chicken breast, julienne cut
4  oz.  White onions, julienne cut
2  tbsp.  Garlic, mashed
8  oz.  Green bell Peppers, julienne cut
8  oz,  Red bell peppers, julienne cut
8  oz.  Yellow bell peppers, julienne cut
4  oz.  Cashew nut, roasted, unsalted
1 1/2  cup  Minor's® Zesty Orange Sauce RTU 4x0.5 gal., hot
1  cup  Minor's® Szechuan Sauce RTU 4x05 gal., cup
  • In a wok or tilting braising pan, heat oil. Add chicken; stir-fry 5-7 minutes.
  • Add onions, garlic and green, red and yellow peppers; stir-fry 3-4 minutes. Add cashews.
  • Add Zesty Orange Sauce and Szechuan Sauce; toss until well coated.
