Whipped Creme
Recipe Yield: 

A stabilized sweet Whipped Cream with Culinary Cream®.
Ingredients:
 
32  oz.  Whipping cream 30%
32  oz.  Minor's® Culinary Cream® 2x5 lb.
6  oz.  Granulated sugar
3/4  oz.  Vanilla extract
 
Instructions:
  • In a stainless steel mixing bowl, combine cream, Culinary Cream, sugar and vanilla. Beat with a wire whip on high speed until stiff.
  • Chef's Tip: Serving suggestions: Can be used for pies, cakes, puddings, Jell-O, ice cream sundaes or any application that calls for whipped cream as a garnish or decoration.
