Flame-Broiled Turkey and Blue Corn Nachos
Recipe Yield: 4 Servings

Flame-broiled Foster Farms turkey breast, sweet corn and black beans on top of a crisp blue corn tortillas, Green Chile Sauce and spicy pepper jack cheese.
4  Oz.  Foster Farms Turkey Breast, shredded
4  Cups  Blue corn tortilla chips
1  Cup  Fresh sweet corn, grilled
1  Cup  Black beans
1  Cup  Tomato, chopped
2  Cups  Pepper jack cheese, shredded
1/4  Cup  Cilantro, coarsely chopped
1/4  Cup  Green onions, sliced
1  Whole  Avocado, chopped
1/3  Cup  *Green Chile Sauce
   *Green Chile Sauce
1/4  Cup  Chile verde salsa, prepared
2/15  Cup  Sour cream
  • Pre-heat oven to 350 F. Lightly grease a cast iron skillet and place half of the chips and half of the toppings.
  • Add second half of the chips and the remaining corn, beans, tomato, turkey and cheese.
  • Drizzle sauce over all. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese completely melts.
  • Remove from oven and add remaining cilantro, green onions and avocado.
  • Serve nachos in skillet.
  • * Green Chile Sauce
  • Combine ingredients together and serve.
