Turkey Reuben
Recipe Yield: 4 Servings

Savory Turkey Ruben served on stout pumpernickel bread spread with Thousand Island sauce & stuffed with Turkey Breast, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese. This sandwich is grilled to perfection and served crisp and warm with crunchy dill pickles as a side.
Ingredients:
 
12  Oz.  Foster Farms Turkey Breast, sliced
1/2  Cup  Thousand Island dressing, prepared
8  Slices  Pumpernickel or dark rye bread, thick sliced
1  Cup  Sauerkraut, prepared, drained
4  Slices  Swiss cheese, thick sliced
1/4  Cup  Butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Heat grill or Panini press to medium heat.
  • Spread 1 tablespoons of Thousand Island dressing on each side of bread.
  • Top bottom half of bread with 3 oz. Foster Farms Turkey Breast, ¼ cup sauerkraut and 1 slice Swiss cheese.
  • Place remaining piece of bread on top.
  • Brush each side of sandwich with melted butter, using a pastry brush.
  • Place sandwich on grill and press to heat through, about 2-5 minutes, cheese will begin to melt.
  • Slice in half on a bias.
  • To serve, lay one half slightly on top of the other half and garnish with two dill pickle spears.
